Description
Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Taylorville, Illinois, is interested in leasing approximately 3,850 rentable square feet of office space, together with 23 on-site paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,330 ANSI/BOMA first class, high quality, contiguous office space. Office space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of Lease. Preference will be given to first floor, single tenancy and existing buildings with vacant office space. TERM: The lease term will be a maximum of 10 years. The government may terminate the lease in whole or in part by giving at least 120 day notice in writing. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within or fronting the following boundaries: North - East 1600 N Rd., south on N 1400 E Rd., north on IL Route 48, east on E 1550 N Rd.; East - North 1600 E Rd.; South - East 1200 N Rd., north on E Park Street (Rt. 29), west on W. Lake Shore Drive, west on W Sunset Drive, north on Cherokee Rd., west on Jaycee Dr. (IL Route 48); West - South Spresser Street, north on Briarcliff Rd., east on Langleyville Rd., north on N 1075 E Rd., north on N 1100 E Rd. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after lease award. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address or Site location and address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable square feet and the Common area factor 5.
