- Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Petersburg, Illinois, is interested in leasing approximately 3,150 rentable square feet of office space, together with 20 on-site paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,740 ANSI/BOMA first class, high quality, contiguous office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the term of the Lease. Preference will be given to first floor space, single tenancy and existing buildings with vacant office space. TERM: The lease will be a maximum of 10 years. The government may terminate the lease in whole or in part by giving at least 120 day notice in writing. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within or fronting the following boundaries: North: beginning at the intersection of N Petersburg Rd/Co Hwy 7 & Altig Bridge Rd, heading East to the intersection of Altig Bridge Rd & Smoot Rd. East: beginning at the intersection of Altig Bridge & Smoot Rd, heading South to the intersection ofSmoot Rd & Curtis Blacktop, heading South to the intersection of Cutris Blacktop and Hwy 123,heading East to the intersection of Hwy 123 & Indian Point Rd, heading Southeast to theintersection of Indian Point Rd & Tice Rd, heading South to the intersection of Tice Rd & Athens Blacktop, heading East to the intersection of Athens Blacktop & A Kent Rd, heading South to theintersection of A Kent Rd & Clemens Rd, heading Southeast to the intersection of Clemens Rd & Harris Rd, then heading South to the intersection of Harris Rd & Co Hwy 4/Gudgel Rd.
