- Purchase Request number SC1000009856, NSN 2840-01-200-8740, RETAINER BLADE, 19F, F-15 EAGLE AIRCRAFT. Solicitation SPE4A6-13-R-0971; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited as a 50% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES. The 50% partial IQC requirements are: Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 1 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 1 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 41 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 41 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 86 each for the base and option years. Total Maximum Contract Quantity is 430 for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with basic drawing 1277M26, Rev R, dtd May 20, 2002. Approved sources are General Electric, CAGE 07482, Barnes Group, CAGE 32317, Energetics Corporation, CAGE 60168 and Whitcraft LLC, CAGE 32543. Contractor First Article Testing applies for 3 samples. FOB Destination. / Inspection and Acceptance @ Origin for production units and Inspection @ Origin and Acceptance @ Destination for FAT. Delivery including the FAT requirement for the 1st delivery order is 466 days and after approval of FAT and 256 days ARO for the base and option years for the subsequent orders. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is May 30, 2013 & closing date of July 01, 2013. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
