Dining Facility Pictures 05142013 Questions and Answers 05142013 Attachment 1- PWS amended 05142013 Amendment 0001_SF30 _H92244-13-R-0004 14-MAY-2013 AMENDMENT 0001 is issued to (1) amend the Performance Work Statement, (2) post Questions and Answers in response to this solicitation, and (3) provide pictures of the facility. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION/AMENDMENT ARE NOT AVAILABLE. ***************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP); solicitation number is H92244-13-R-0004. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 effective 01 April 2013. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 722310 with a standard business size of $35.5 million applies to this procurement. The requirement will be competed on a full and open competition after exclusion of sources basis. In addition, the Randolph-Sheppard Act, which provides persons who are blind with remunerative employment and self-support through the operation of vending facilities on federal property, to include cafetaria services in military installations, applies to this acquisition. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-S10. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform full food services and food attendant services as specified in the Performance Work Statement in Solicitation Number H92244-13-R-0004. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Offerors must scrutinize this solicitation and ensure their proposals and submissions comply with all requirements. It is not sufficient to merely state your proposal complies with the solicitation requirements. You must clearly identify how your proposal meets ALL of the solicitation requirements. All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Office. No direct discussion between the technical representative and a prospective offeror will be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Questions shall be sent by email the following point of contact: Danyiele Peterson, Contract Specialist; Email address: danyiele.peterson@vb.socom.mil. Questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist no later than 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 08 May 2013. Proposals must be received no later than 10:00 AM. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 30 May 2013. Proposals received after this time frame will not be considered for award. The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Proposals shall identify the quantity, unit price, and extended price inclusive of travel, labor, and other direct costs. The prospective offeror must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for award. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 180 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes.
