Description
Table detailing firm's wireless solution capabilities. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is issuing a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) to determine the availability and capability of businesses to provide agency-wide cellular services that will meet ICE's operational needs. ICE currently has multiple wireless users deployed in the field throughout the nation utilizing services from several major communication firms. The agency seeks a comprehensive solution that should include managed services; a web portal for device ordering and management; cellular wireless equipment and devices; cellular and data service; Mobile Device Management (MDM); project management; services to enhance in-building cellular coverage; service desk services and other optional services. It should also enable access to multiple commercial cellular wireless carriers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Vonage and Sprint (among others), as well as local and regional providers to ensure maximum coverage. The tool should allow components to access and manage their wireless accounts with access to inventory managment, equipment management and reporting capabilities.
