Description
NSN: 3110-00-455-6188, Bearing, Roller Needle. Purchase Request Number IQC1000009150. This item is manufactured to a "Source Controlled Drawing" and to a "Part Numbered Item". Approved Sources: BOEING HELICOPTERS, CAGE 77272, DWG 114RS214 REV M, P/N 114RS214-5; RBC, CAGE 51588, P/N 114RS214-5; RBC INDUSTRIAL TECTONICS BEARINGS, CAGE 06144, P/N 114RS214-5. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. A QCC Code of FCA. This is not a CSI item per SAP on 05/07/13. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Requested delivery is 281 Days ARO. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components per DFARS clause 252.225-7016 dated December 2010. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a three-year base period with option provisions included to extend the term of the contract for a two year option period. The estimated annual demand quantity is 169 each per year. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 51 each (base year only). Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast.. Surge requirements are applicable. Surge plan detailing how schedule and surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 05/27/13. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
