- Attached Statement of Work outling requirement and information sought. Attached RFI with instructions regarding the requirement. The Government Accountability Office (GAO) is requesting information regarding enterprise application development and integration capabilities, methodologies and approaches from vendors with experience and offerings in this field. GAO is requesting this information to help in its research and assessment of alternative approaches and to obtain industry feedback regarding the scope of work in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW may evolve, but is the Government's best representation at this time. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued consistent with and in the spirit of an exchange of information with industry as per Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10. This RFI is prepared for planning purposes only and is issued with the intent of obtaining price, delivery, other market information, or capabilities and is not being issued with the intent of awarding a contract. In accordance with FAR 52.215-3, the Government will not pay for any information/items submitted in response to this synopsis. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This RFI is issued for information gathering purposes only. Interested parties are highly encouraged to participate. It is the intent that input gathered during this RFI process will influence scope and requirements of a future technical solution. Failure to participate in the RFI will not impact an interested party's ability to participate in any future competitive process. GAO reserves the right to cancel this RFI at any time.
