Description

Draft Contract SOW and Exhibits SOW and Exhibits SOW and Exhibits SOW and Exhibits SOW and Exhibits SOW and Exhibits SOW and Exhibits Qualification Criteria Representations and Certifications Representations and Certifications Subcontracting Plan Labor Rate Excel sheet As directed by BSA, the Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, facilities, equipment and services necessary to provide technical support to BSA on a "Task Order" basis. The tasks to be performed shall generally consist of all necessary labor, material and equipment to complete the installation, and acceptance inspection and functional testing of machine guards, E-Stop features, and anti-restart features on machines located in various facilities on the BNL site (hereinafter referred to as "Work"). Exhibit 1, Index of BNL Fixed Machine Tools, provides a listing of the majority of machines, their locations, and the status of installed safeguards and complementary controls. Additional machines may be included in this scope of work as a result of further inspections. Included in this Work is: 1. Scoping Walkdown; 2. Preparation and Submittal of Work Proposal; 3. Installation of Machine Safety Improvements; 4. Inspection and Functional Testing (with BSA participation).
