- The purpose of this posting is to: 1. Provide the Government's responses to questions recently received from industry. The updated Q&A log is provided as an attachment to this posting. The recent Q&A begins at row #278 and is highlighted in yellow. Please note that all questions submitted will be posted on FebBizOpps under Q&A. Therefore, please mark any proprietary information and data submitted accordingly. The Government reserves the right to make public any information that would provide clarification on the requirement for industry in preparing for proposals. 2. Provide updated interested parties list as attached, to facilitate teaming and small business participation. 3. Repost sample data from archived announcements W900KK-12-R-0000. Please note this sample data attachment entitled, quote mark Historical_Data quote mark contains historical requirements data that was used by the Government in selecting the proposed NAICS code for this procurement. This information communicates in general terms the requirements, locations and estimated percent of work aligned to the TEACH PWS that can be reasonably anticipated under the TEACH IDIQ. It DOES NOT represent known requirements that will be solicited once the IDIQ contracts are awarded. Proposed Small Business Strategy: The proposed TEACH IDIQ contract will be the fourth pillar contract in PEO STRI's portfolio. It also has high visibility within the Department of the Army and requires Office of the Secretary of Defense reviews and approvals at major milestones throughout the procurement process. The Government understands the significance of the TEACH small business strategy and the effect it will have on our industry partners when planning their TEACH business strategies. As such, the Contracting Officer will provide the strategy at a point in the procurement when it is reasonable to expect that the strategy will not change significantly during higher level reviews and approvals.
