Description

The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure a Model 200 Sky Sentry Fume and Particle Remover System. The contractor shall supply a system able to be wall mounted and not weigh more that fifteen pounds. Fume extraction Arm must be a t least 40' long and have a 3' diameter, Must use HEPA filters and come with an extended warranty. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, support, travel and all other items needed to perform services in connection with this activity. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333143 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The system is needed to comply with industrial Hygiene standards for pill dust control. Units are to be mounted in the Kalish replenishment, Accumed, and Cage Accumed areas. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract.. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Only one award will be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA-797M-11-RP-0212 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about May 9th, 2013. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor Fedbizopps for changes or amendments.
