Description

Media Center Equipment Listing for CMS Statement of Work for Media Center Equipment at CMS This is a Small Business Set Aside Request for Quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $150,000.00) a fixed price purchase order to a contractor that can transition the equipment in the CMS Media Center to audio visual equipment compatible with HD-SDI video as well as maintaining full compatibility with existing legacy equipment using other formats. The location is 7500 Security Blvd., Baltimore, MD. A detail Statement of Work and Media Center Equipment List is attached. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 423690. An award is expected to be made within 14 business days after the response due date. Your quote should include the following additional information: 1. Company Name, Address 2. Contact Person, name, Telephone Number, Fax Number, E-Mail Address 3. Business Size Classification, i.e. Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman Owned 4. DUNS Number 5. Tax ID NO. Note: You must be registered and the registration current in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a federal government award.
