- Desc of Services--NGA History Program This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This is a Small Business Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, Quotation abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability, interest, and capabilities of qualified members of the Small Business Community. The Government seeks to identify interested offerors for this potential procurement action and to gather information that may influence the shape of any future Request for Proposal (RFP). The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is conducting market research to determine the existence of viable sources that can provide Curatorial, Archival and Museum Management Support Services. This support would take place at both NGA Campus West (St. Louis, MO) and NGA Campus East (Springfield, VA). The anticipated period of performance is a one 12 month base period projected to begin in the September 2013 timeframe with four 12 month option periods. NGA is seeking industry information and comments from sources with capabilities to perform the contract and with relevant experience in all of the requirements described in the Description of Services. Interested parties shall complete and submit the below questionnaire to the Government. The Government advises that providing responses to the questions will not automatically include you in the acquisition process for future solicitations. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up requests. The potential acquisition is expected to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside if it is determined that there are an adequate number of small businesses who can fulfill this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720, Research and Development in Social Sciences and Humanities; size standard is $19M. Description of Services: See attached draft summary document for details of each requirement listed below: •Museum Manager/Curator •Lead Curator •Archivist In five pages or less, interested potential vendors should complete and submit the following information: (A) A summary document to demonstrate the organization's financial and technical capability to perform the tasks listed in the Description of Services document. (B) Relevant Past Performance to address the company's experience in performing tasks listed in the Description of Services document. (C) What business type are you, and what is your organization's business size? (E) Are you aware of clause FAR Part 52.219-14, Limitation on Subcontracting? (F) Does your company have a GSA vehicle that can provide the required services? If yes, what is contract number? (G) Can your company perform all the required work? Please explain. (H) Would you propose on this requirement if released? (I) A company must already possess a TOP SECRET facility clearance (FCL) in order to perform these services. In addition, the personnel clearance level (PCL) of each potential contractor personnel must be equivalent to or as high as their company's FCL. What's your company's current FCL, and what is your company's ability to provide qualified TS/SCI cleared personnel in the required timeframe? (J) Is there another suggested NAICS code? If so, please provide? (K) What are your company's relevant areas of expertise? All interested sources shall respond to this Sources Sought no later than 5:00 PM EDT on 24 May 2013.
