Data collection at multiple time points will include 24-hour recalls of dietary intake, food frequency questionnaire, self-administered questionnaires (including socio demographic characteristics, food reward responsivity, eating behaviors, food environment, physical activity, stress, and sleep), biomedical (including biomarkers, taste sensitivity, and genetic data), and anthropometric assessment. Embedded substudies will include qualitative data on perceptions regarding the reinforcing value of food and impact on dietary intake and a laboratory-based behavioral experiment investigating the relationship of food reward responsivity and food reinforcement value with eating in the absence of hunger.
