Description

T4 Small Business Industry Day The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) will be hosting a Transformation Twenty-one Total Technology (T4) Small Business Industry Day for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs), and 8(a) Businesses. The event will be held on June 20, 2013 from 8:00am until 12:30pm in Eatontown, New Jersey 07724. The purpose of the T4 Small Business Industry Day will be to provide an opportunity for T4 Prime Contractors to meet with Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, WOSBs, SDVOSBs, VOSBs, and 8(a) Businesses interested in partnering as subcontractors on future procurements awarded against T4. A detailed event agenda will be posted when it becomes available. The T4 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle supports the VA in the acquisition of Information Technology (IT) services. A description of the T4 program can be found in Attachment A. The event is free to attend but registration is required. To register, please email T4SBI.TAC@va.gov with the following information and a completed registration form (Attachment B). (1)Business Name (2)Two (2) Point of Contact Phone Number and Email (3)Business Socioeconomic Category(s) and Cage Code (4)Names of expected attendees (please limit attendance to two individuals per company). Registration Deadline is June 1, 2013. Note: Attendance of this event is limited to T4 Prime Contract holders and verified SDVOSBs, VOSBs, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, WOSBs, and 8(a) Businesses. Due to space limitations, request and approval for attendance will be on a first come first serve basis. The Government will not compensate industry participants for travel, lodging, or any other expenses associated with the T4 Small Business Industry Day.
