Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Acquisition Center (NAC), intends to procure under other than full and open competition to Innovation Associates. This proposed award is being conducted under authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the replacement of the Accumed and Manual Filling Stations. VA has determined that Innovation Associates is the only responsible source which provides products that meet the needs of the government. No other provider of the products of this nature will satisfy this requirement, as they must be compatible with existing equipment. This will be a firm fixed price award. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
