Description

FULL SOLICITATION STATEMENT OF WORK This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Under this quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is TIRNE-13-Q-00033, which is being issued as a Request for Quotation(s). The Internal Revenue Service, Procurement, Office of Business Operations, Field Operations Branch - Northeast will be entering into a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Commercial Item Procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-24. This requirement is unrestricted for the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621 and the Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 Million. Award for all items under this solicitation will be made to one responsive/responsible vendor only, based upon price and ability to demonstrate in writing with its offer that it is as of the date and time set for receipt of offers. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be awarded this contract.
