NSN(s): 6110-01-246-7178 Item Description: ELEC POWER MONITOR Specification Number (if applicable): MIL-PRF-24021K Qualification Requirements (e.g. QPL) and where information on qualification requirements may be obtained. (if applicable): QPL-24021 QPD at https://assist.daps.dla.mil Estimated Annual Quantity (including option quantity): 215 Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: UNKNOWN Delivery Schedule: 270 DAYS This acquisition is for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. The proposed procurement is for one basic contract year with the option to extend the contract period one time at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 2 years. Award will be made on an all or none basis per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. This is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Copies of the solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
