Description

Document 20130423 -Tabulated Specification Clarification Amendment #1 This amendment #1 to RFP 240562 is issued to provide Tabulated Specification clarifications to BSA drawings that were scanned in as PDF files to allow for better clarity and correct a typo in the Enclosure 1 draft contract. S pecifically this RFP is modified as follows: Attached and available for download from this website is Document 20130423 version 1 dated 4/23/2013 that reflects a copy of each tabulated specification extrapolated from the applicable drawing to provide for better clarity. In Article VII of the Enclosure 1 Draft Contract; Attachment (C) is changed to read: "BNL Supplier Quality Assurance Requirements (BNL-QA-101) dated 6/2012" Except as noted herein, all requirements as set forth in RFP solicitation request 240562 remain unchanged. Any questions should be addressed in writing to the attention of George Woods.
