IAW IG5305.207(c)(91)(3) Note E: This acquisition is open to all interested parties including U.S. Department of Defense Sources who submit a bid or proposal and compete for this requirement. This is a competitive single award source selection. This will be for an IDIQ contract. The contractor shall provide all resources, property, personnel, tools, indirect support material, software, or other indirect equipment necessary to provide engineering sustainment services for emergency response activities. The Air Force's primary consumer for contractor Landing Systems services is the Landing Gear Engineering Office 417 Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS). Emergency Response objectives are to: (a) indentify mishap/failure root cause; (b) determine fleet applicability and safety concerns; and (c) provide interim fleet stabilization options. This contract will not be utilized for long term mishap response investigation and resolutions as identified in Applied Technologies for Landing Systems (ATLAS) 2.5.
