Description

The US Army Medical Command Northern Region Contracting Office intends to issue a solicitation for part-time Radiologist services at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, KY. The period of performance will begin on 1 October 2013 for a base period of 12 months and will include four 12-month option periods (ending 30 September 2018 if all options are exercised). The number of routine hours per year is 1,414. This will be a personal services contract. The performance work statement requires expertise in nuclear medicine. The proposed acquisition will be unrestricted. NAICS Code 621111, Size Standard $10M. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The solicitation and all amendments will be available on both the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) and the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). Release of the solicitation is scheduled on or after 15 May 2013. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Inquiries about the solicitation will not be responded to until the solicitation has been released.
