- Statement of Work The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking sources for an Electronic Data Interchange Value Added Network (EDI VAN) services to support CDC’s vaccine ordering and management information system called the Vaccine Tracking System (VTrckS), an SAP based enterprise-wide ordering supply chain management system integrating vaccine ordering, management, and forecasting. The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Value Added Network (VAN) supports e-commerce between CDC and vaccine manufacturers who supply vaccine to support the VFC program. A Statement of Work is attached. CDC’s intent is to award this requirement as a fixed price purchase order with one base year and up to four option years. This is a Small Business Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are small businesses; HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses; 8(a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code, 518210, should not submit a response to this notice. Registration at SAM.gov is mandatory. Please submit your statement of interest to the e-mail stated on this announcement by COB on Wednesday, April 24, at 4:30 p.m. Your statement of interest should include your company name and address, a contact name, and a statement identifying your company as a small business under NAICS code 518210 which shall be confirmed against your SAM.gov listing, as well as a brief capability statement. IMPORTANT: the solicitation number should be placed in the subject line of the e-mail. No proposals will be accepted. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses are received, a synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities which will be reserved for small business depending on the response to this notice.
