- Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: OR City: Portland Delineated Area: Central Business District of Portland, OR Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 33,876 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 33,876 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Building Standard Parking Allocation, plus 13 reserved parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): Building Standard Parking Allocation Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 13 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 2, 5 year options (Government reserves right to not include one option if the option would cause the lease to score as a capital lease). Additional Requirements: Offered space must be capable of supporting high density filing systems to include, but not limited to the following dimensions and weights: •· 4' x 4' (450 lbs) •· 10'5" x 19'0" (16,000 lbs) •· 1'9" x 2'4" (1,000 lbs) •· 10' x 10' (5,000 lbs) •· Other high density items may be required to be supported with similar floor loading requirements. •· All of these floor loading capabilities are for the use of high density filing systems or safes. Ability to accommodate a rooftop antenna Existing buildings must have earned the Energy Star label in the most recent year or will have obtained it no later than by final proposal revisions, unless the offered space meets statutory exceptions.
