- IGF::OT::IGF INSTALLATION OF NEW ROOF - FORDYCE VC General: The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting proposals for construction firms having the capability to perform the work described as follows: Replace Roof of Fordyce Bathhouse at the Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Solicitation Number P13PS00477. The offeror selected shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of this project. Description: The work includes but is not limited to removal of the existing multiple layer membrane roof roofing system at the multiple roof levels of this Historic facility as indicated on the Drawings; replacement of the roofing material with a new warranted membrane roofing system including vapor barrier, roof insulation, membrane roofing, and associated metal flashing. Type of Acquisition: A negotiated, firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability, past performance, and price to determine the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the government. The NAICS code for this project is 238160 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the estimated price range for this contract is between $100, 000 and $250,000. This solicitation is advertised as a Small Business Set-aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically, search www.fbo.gov by referencing the solicitation number (P13PS00477) and/or by the agency (National Park Service).
