Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN) Network Contracting Office 6 intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Mar Cor Medical Services Incorporated, 4450 Township Line Road, Skippack, PA 19474-1429. The item being purchased is: Mar Cor CWP 104 Reverse Osmosis supplemental unit, quantity 1, with installation. NAICS code 333318 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. This award is made utilizing procedures of FAR 12 and FAR 13. No solicitation will be made available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
