- Description
- The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Barbed Tape, Concertina, NSN 5660-00-921-5516. This is not a solicitation. The intended solicitation is for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a 2-year base period with three 1-year options including an Economic Price Adjustment. The annual estimated demand is 50,000 RO. The Government intends to make multiple awards based upon proposals received with each delivery order competed. Delivery orders will be both DLA Direct and Customer Direct. This acquisition is unrestricted. Awards will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable, including evaluation of Past Performance. Again, this is a Pre-Solicitation Notice, not a Request for Proposal.
