- Past Performance Questionnaire RFQ Boston Parking This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) FCU3090130029 as a firm-fixed price contract. The point of contact for this RFQ is Nancy Beck at (202) 324-2947 or Nancy.Beck@ic.FBI.gov. Requirement: The FBI is seeking parking spots in a facility located in Boston, MA. Please reference the attached document titled "BOSTON PARKING SOLICITATION" for any and all information pertaining to this solicitation. All specifications and requirements must be adhered to as specified in the document or offers will be considered non-responsive. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 812930 and for the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $35,500,000 in annual revenue. Paper copies of the Request for Quote will not be made available. Electronic copies of the quote via email shall be provided to Nancy Beck, Nancy.Beck@ic.fbi.gov, and a courtesy copy to Tamara Molder, Tamara.Molder@ic.fbi.gov. NOTE: Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM EST on Wednesday May 15, 2013. There are NO HAND DELEVERIES under any circumstance per FBI security guidelines. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
