THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABLITY OF CONTRACTORS TO MEET REQUIREMENT OUTLINE BELOW. This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to meet the requirements for Resiliency Training at Air Force Global Strike Command bases including Barksdale AFB, LA, Whiteman AFB, MO, FE Warren AFB, WY, Minot AFB, ND and Malmstrom AFB, MT. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in in this survey. Instructions: 1. Below is a description of Resiliency Training requirement and required Business Information. 2. Requirements Description: Air Force Global Strike Command is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capability and experience to meet the requirements for resiliency Training at various Air Force Global Strike Command bases. Because military members face a range of challenges, including high operational tempo, deployments, recurrent changes and the requirement to maintain high personal and professional standards of conduct. The goal of comprehensive Airmen Fitness Resilience Training is to increase proactive coping, self-management and leadership skills to enhance individual resilience. Cultivating these skills in our Airmen and family members will ensure that the Air Force maintains a cadre of balanced, healthy, self-confident Airmen and family members who's physical, mental, spiritual and social fitness and resiliency enable them to effectively manage stressors associated with military service. Training should consist of inspirational people with interesting life stories of overcoming challenges and thriving. Particulars of the training or motivation may vary, but ideally will be focused on small group interaction within the military work centers and could be day or night shift work. This service must support the comprehensive Air Force mission to build and sustain a thriving and resilient Air Force community that fosters mental, physical, social and spiritual fitness.
