- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Support Center San Diego California seeks sources and responses from qualified contractors for this requirement: Maintenance and support for Navy-owned equipment associated with the Consolidated Area Telephone System (CATS), at various locations throughout the San Diego area, including remote monitoring. The intended acquisition will be using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (including services). Some Government locations operate 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 12 months per year (7/24/12). All locations use Government owned Avaya equipment and software, Definity-intuity Audix and other voice messaging systems. A full and open competition leading to a Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. The contract period sought will be one base year and two one-year option periods. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811213. The small business size standard is $10million. Anticipated RFP release date is on or about May 3, 2013. The RFP will be made available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) websites. This notice seeks to identify potential offerors possessing the required certifications/partners to work on and provide Avaya equipment in the CATS system. Please respond via email to tess.heidrich@navy.mil and provide a BRIEF paragraph affirmative statement of your firm ™s interest in participating in this potential procurement ; This paragraph shall detail your company ™s ability to meet the certification/Partner requirements and past performance record for contracts of same/similar scope of work; include information regarding your firm ™s date of obtaining Avaya Partner and your firm ™s current status; provide an affirmative statement that your firm has sufficient Avaya certified personnel and equipment to meet the needs of this requirement.
