- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-13-T-0017 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 423810. Small Business Standard is 100 employees. CLIN 0001: MAEDA MINI CRANE MC305CRM CLIN 0002: MAN-BASKET, SINGLE PERSON Place of Delivery will be MS ARNG AASF #3, Meridian, MS 39301 Include all applicable fees, including delivery (prepay & add is not acceptable); warranty information; setup and training; and estimated delivery time, if different than requested. Must be brand name or equal IAW FAR 52.211-6, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. If quoting quote mark equal quote mark, proof of saliency is required with quote. Salience would be quality, technical capability, warranty, past performance, and compatibility. The minimum specifications that must be met are attached.
