(ABOA): 345 Space Type: [ Office ] Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. Visitor parking, including parking for disabled visitors, shall be available either on-site or at a public lot not more than one- quarter walkable mile away. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
