Box 3700, Loveland, CO 80539-3003, ATTN: Emil Abraham or e-mailed to Abraham@wapa.gov. Physical Address: Western Area power Administration, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for 1 (EA) Group Operated Air Break Switch to be delivered to Western Area Power Administration, Casper Service Center, 5600 W. Poison Spider Road, Casper, WY 82604. The solicitation and specifications are attached. The Buy American Act applies to this solicitation. The restrictions of the Buy American Act are not waived for NAFTA or Trade Agreement Country end products; however, an evaluation factor (12% of the applicable non-domestic solicitation line item numbers) will be added to total price bid for evaluation purposes, if non-domestic products are included in bid. See FAR 52.225-1, Buy American Act (at 52.212-5 (39)), and 52.212-3(f) Buy American Act Certificate. Bidders of non-domestic items must complete 52.212-3(f). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 335313 and the applicable size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside.
