Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Iris International for the following services: Maintenance and support for the Iris iChem Velocity and the iQ200 Elite for the Wall Walla VA Medical center in Washington State. Period of Performance is 07/01/2013 - 06/30/2013. NAICS 334516 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide preventative maintenance checks on both devises, be authorized by the manufacturer, provide engineering updates to equipment as provided by the manufacturer, and have 24 hour customer support capabilities. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 pm on April 15th, 2013. All responses must be e-mailed to Dean.Umathum@va.gov
