The property must be located within the delineated area as described in Exhibit A to the RLP. This lease is to be fully-serviced and will include all costs such as janitorial services, supplies, utilities, tenant improvement costs, etc... Those costs are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The lease term is five (5) years with no firm term and one five (5) year renewal option. NRCS will consider space that is economically advantageous to the Government. In making that determination NRCS will consider, among other things, the availability of space that can potentially meet the Government's needs, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs and employee downtime.
