- DD254 The following is the Government's response to vendor questions: 1. Is there a SOW No SOW is needed since they should be providing "standard" installation, training, and support 2. What is the PoP A year from the date of award plus 2 option years 3. Is a DD254 required Yes. It is now attached to the RFQ. 4. What type of training materials are required? Should we price the 'standard' materials that we use for AFT training, and provide a description? Standard training 5. What type of 'support' is required? Should we price the 'standard' methodology that we use for AFT support, and provide a description? Standard Support 6. Is travel to be priced separately? Yes 7. The excel file contains tabs for OY I and OY II; but the RFP does not provide OPTIONAL CLINS. Are we to provide optional pricing for issue resolution labor (OY I and II); if so, will this also be FFP, and could you please update the RFP to include the Optional CLINs. We require optional pricing in accordance with the Excel file. I would expect issue resolution labor would have already been included in the "standard" support. Anything exceeding "standard" installation and support should be listed as a separate item in their proposal 8. Can you please confirm that both installs will be at Warner Robins AFB, GA. No. One install will be in Warner Robins, GA and one will be in St. Louis.
