- Non-personal services to include labor, equipment, material, supervision, to perform all operations to inspect, on a monthly basis, approximately 30 miles of railroad track and 200 turnout/switches at Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, California. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-a-side. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 488210. The related small business size standard is $14.0 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is Mar 29, 2013. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be posted through Army Single Fact to Industry or email to tracy.marino@us.army.mil. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website.
