Grandview Ave. / Route 80 to Union Rd., North onto New Hampstead Rd. East: Strawtown Road, CO Route 23 / Route 303 South: Route 59 heading West, South onto Route 33 / S. Middletown Rd. South to Prospect Street, West to Grandview Ave., North to Route 59, West to NYS Thruway, follow Thruway onto Route 59 to Route 202 West: Route 202 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,833 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,225 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Not Applicable Additional Requirements: •· The leased space must be contiguous. •· 1st floor space is preferred, below grade space is unacceptable. •· Two elevators required if space is above ground level.
