- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Robert Liang, RDER-PRA-AB robert.g.liang.civ@mail.mil This is a Market Survey to locate sources to repair/maintain the Computer Test Set (CTS), TS-3920C/ASM and associated components. The current source for maintaining the CTS and kits is Ultrax Aerospace Inc., of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Cage Code 07PR7. The Army does not own or have access to a complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance testing of the CTS and Kits. The Army does not have the technical drawing package; nor can it make it available to any other organization. Only the original manufacturer, Ultrax Inc., has the complete Technical Data Package. The CTS and Kits when installed into the CTS shall be able to detect, and align faults in the Automated Flight Control System for the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. Vendor capable of maintaining these Kits must so indicate, by writing to Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: RDER-PRA-AB, Building 6007, 3rd floor Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source that the Vendor can, in fact, maintain the CTS and associated components by itself or installed.
