- Description
- Ref solicitation DARPA-BAA-12-25. The META-X Toolset is being developed to support component-based design of complex cyberphysical systems. These systems include military vehicles, as exemplified by the systems defined by the requirements for the FANG Competition. The tools implement a set of concepts formulated under the META and AVM program to dramatically reduce the cost and schedule required to achieve the first limited production of a target vehicle. The META tools have been under development since late 2010, with a number of performers, narrowed down to 3 integrated tool chains. This effort extends the work to mature and evolve the Vanderbilt efforts from META Language FA8650-10-C-7075 and META Design Flow FA8650-10-C-7082 contracts.
