- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This purposed contract action is for supplies which the government intends to solicit and negotiate for Brand Name or Equal Camera/Tactical Flashlight. All items must be made in USA. This requirement is for the following: CLIN 0001, Qty 2250, each. Kit will consist of 3 items listed below: 1. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL to Bright Strike Technologies Inc. Duty Light Camera/Tactical Flashlight vendor P/N DLC-200-4-MIL-RC-N; 2. BRAND NAME or EQUAL Holster, vendor London Bridge Trading Company P/N LBT-6107C, color Black; 3. Spare rechargeable battery identical to the battery provided with the BRAND NAME or EQUAL Duty Light Camera/Tactical Flashlight. Spare battery must be compatible with the Flashlight/Camera being quoted and must not require any modifications to fit. Items listed above shall be DELIVERED and PACKAGED as one assembled kit. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL must meet or exceed all the minimum acceptable technical requirements listed in the Table of Salient Characteristics immediately following this line item description. This table along with Vendor Questionnaire must be completed and submitted along with quote. All Items must be made in the USA. Delivery is to be by 30 SEP 2013. Final inspection and acceptance will be destination. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of sales warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Solicitation Number N00164-13-T-0133; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and/or NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
