- The Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit, Juneau, Alaska (CEU-J) is requesting Annual A-E Qualifications Statements in accordance with FAR 36.602-5 - A-E Short Selection Process. Architect-Engineering firms interested in having their qualifications statements on file with CEU-J for possible consideration for small dollar projects (not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold) during calendar year 2013/2014 are invited to submit only their Standard Form 330 Part II (General Qualifications) to Contracting Branch, USCG Civil Engineering Unit, P.O. Box 21747, Juneau, Alaska 99802-1747, by close of business April 10, 2013. The hand delivery address is 709 W. 9th Street, Rm. 817, Juneau, Alaska. Fax or e-mail transmittals are also acceptable (FAX 907-463-2416). This invitation is directed to Architect-Engineer firms under the North American Industrial Classification System codes: 541330-Engineering Services; 541310-Architectural Serivces; and 541370-Surveying Services. Any requirements during the calendar year would most likely be in the areas of civil, geotechnical, structural, electrical, mechanical, port/harbor, environmental engineering, and architectural services and surveying. This is not a request for proposals. No solicitation will follow.
