Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Newport News, VA Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 10 years, 5 years firm term for approximately 11,658 ABOA square feet of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 11,658 at 721 Lakefront Commons, Newport News, VA which expires December 14, 2013 under GSA lease number GS-03B-03400. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. Unique Requirements: •— Occupancy date Delineated Area: CBD of Newport News, VA Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten Years, 5 years firm. Occupancy by December 15, 2013. Expressions of interest must be received no later than 4:00 PM on April 5, 2013 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA
