- In response to questions received please see the following for clarification: Q: Is appropriate to respond to the Sources Sought Synopsis if all the technical requirements cannot be met? A: You may respond if you are not able to meet all of the technical requirements; however, all respondents not meeting the minimum requirements will be eliminated from the competition. Q: Is there a chance the distance requirement will be expanded? A: As stated in the Sources Sought Synopsis, accommodations shall be within walking distance (no more than three city blocks) of the University of Maryland Medical Center. This requirement will not be expanded.
