- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS POSTING IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and is a market research tool to determine availability and adequacy of potential 8(a) Small Businesses for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. This Sources sought is being conducted as of 20 March 2013to determine the capabilities of potential Contractors. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, etc, required to perform repair of existing HVAC systems or to install new HVAC systems on JBER, AK. The work areas are: JBER, inclusive. Work items included, but not limited to: heating system pipe and equipment replacement, mechanical room piping and accessories replacement, blowers, air handling units, coils, sheet metal ductwork and ductwork accessories replacement; refrigeration systems replacement, electrical wiring replacement; asphalt paving, replace concrete curbs & gutters, replace concrete sidewalks, pavement markings, base course & sub base work, and other work needed to restore areas of work back to their configuration prior to the work. Delivery Orders can be of any range but Not to Exceed NTE) $3M - with an annual anticipated amount up to $12M. The Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. All the information submitted will be considered and treated as public information. The vendor should not include any pricing or proprietary information. This is not a Request for Proposal or Quote; therefore, responses to this notice shall not be accepted as offers and the Government is not required to issue a solicitation. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 238220. Businesses responding to this Sources Sought Notice must provide a Statement of Capabilities. Statement of Capabilities shall address the following: 1.
