Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Government currently plans to issue solicitation #: FA4613-13-R-0012. This acquisition is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 562910 with a size standard of $19.0M. This acquisition is to abate asbestos floor tile from two historic buildings at F. E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment and vehicles necessary to abate asbestos materials to a non-asbestos containing floor layer. The Statement of Magnitude for this acquisition is less than $25,000. The contractor shall abide by all local, state, and federal EPA guidelines and regulations during the performance of the awarded contract. The performance period is 20 calendar days from date given the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with DoD policy, all contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible to receive an award. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 4 April 2013 and will be posted on the Governmentwide point Point of Entry (GPE) at https://www.fbo.gov. The planned solicitation will be available by internet only and solicitation documents will not be available by any other means. Questions shall be directed to TSgt Michael A.
