A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any vendor that determines it can meet the government's requirements may give written notice through email to Contract Specialist, curtis.cardoza@va.gov by March 22, 2013; 1:00PM CST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate ability to provide the above requirements at no cost or obligation to the government. All responses received will be evaluated by the government; however the information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
