- BLM's has a requirement for noxious weed treatment on approximately 304 acres of BLM land within specific areas in Powder River County in eastern Montana. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials. The Contractor shall be a licensed applicator for both general and restricted use pesticides and shall comply with Federal and Montana State pesticide laws. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 115310. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $7.0 million. A Site Tour will take place and information will be posted in the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on/about April 4, 2013. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office. The solicitation will be available at www.fedconnect.net. Response date for the quotes will be on/about April 25, 2013. Please check the solicitation for all required documentation to be submitted and final submittal dates. Prospective contractors must be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
