- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CT City: New London Delineated Area: North: Intersection of Bank St. and State St., easterly on State St. to the waterfront and Intersection of State St. and Bank St., westerly along Bank St. to the intersection of Shaw St. West: Continue south on Shaw St. to the traffic circle at Trumbull St. South: Go east along Trumbull St. to the waterfront East: Thames River waterfront Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,990 Space Type: Office, Retail Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Not Applicable Additional Requirements: Only Class A office space will be considered. Space must be one contiguous block of space and located on a single floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The space must be capable of meeting the Government's security requirements. Submission by other than the owner, manager or exclusive agent of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
