- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NY City: Binghamton Delineated Area: North: Southern Tier Expressway South: Susquehanna River East: Route 201 West: North Shore Drive Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,378 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,547 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: - Eight (8) reserved onsite parking spaces and additional five (5) visitor spaces onsite or within ¼ mile. - No underground parking. - Office space must be contiguous. - Additional requirements from POR Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
