Solicitation Number: W31P4Q-13-T-0077 Set Aside: N/A Response Date: 03 28 2013 ****ATTENTION**** FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO ATTN: CCAM-ALL, Darryl Wright, Contracting Officer, via email darryl.wright2@us.army.mil or FAX 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: D13C0229D1, NSN: 5999-01-442-2317, PN: 13007395, Quantity: 30 each plus 3 100% options applicable to Hellfire. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Anniston, AL. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 30 each, 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
