- Draft SOW MICROFORM QUALITY INSPECTION The Preservation Directorate, (PD) Library Services within the Library of Congress (LOC) intends to contract for the quality inspection of microfilm reels and microfiche sheets. The Contractor needs to be capable of inspecting for defects in service copies of preservation microforms (microfilm and microfiche) and in label information on boxes or in information on microfiche headers. This requires frame-by-frame inspection of the microforms. The Preservation Directorate, Library Services anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract with a base year and 4 option years.
